Shipping & Returns

We want every piece of the Natalia Cellini Jewelry collections to be perfect for you. The creations in question are unique pieces assembled by hand, it will be the responsibility of our forwarder to handle them properly. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty piece after delivery, report it to us immediately, write and send photos of the damaged goods to: natalia.cellini@libero.it or contact the number:

+39 3396578079, once the damage has been ascertained and found, we will refund you promptly. If, on the other hand, you want to return one or more items, even without specific reasons, you can do it within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods. Fill out the return form that can be downloaded in this section "Shipping and Returns" and send it to the e-mail address: natalia.cellini@libero.it. Once the return has been agreed, pack and ship what you purchased to the address: Natalia Cellini Jewelry - Via Fiume 12 - 58100 Grosseto - ITALY. Once we have received the goods and found that it is intact, we will promptly refund you the amount relating to the value of the goods purchased. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to request a replacement of one or more pieces purchased on our online shop, you can do it anyway within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.
Download and fill out the form in this section "Shipping and Returns". Specify which piece or pieces you wish to replace the purchased goods with. indicating the code (SKU number) and the name. Then send it to the e-mail address: natalia.cellini@libero.it. We accept replacement requests only between pieces that have the same amount. We also reserve the right to check the actual availability of the pieces required for the exchange since each jewel is a unique and non-reproducible piece.
Once the exchange of goods has been agreed, pack and ship what you purchased to the address: Natalia Cellini Jewelry - Via Fiume 12 - 58100 Grosseto - ITALY.
The costs of the return shipment are charged to the customer, it will then be our responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the goods sent in replacement.
